Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return of a standard catalog item within 30 days after that item is delivered. Discounted standard-catalog items follow the same return policy as full-price items.

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any original tags still attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Email returns@scripturesinspired.com before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Please send an approved return within 14 days of receiving those instructions. Do not send returns to the address on your parcel or our business address unless we direct you there.

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, you arrange and pay for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. We do not charge a restocking fee.

A problem with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email returns@scripturesinspired.com as soon as possible and within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. If you cannot provide photographs, contact us so we can help.

Once the issue is confirmed, you may choose a replacement at no additional charge or a refund for the affected item, including its applicable tax and any original shipping charge attributable to that item. If we need the item returned, we will provide a prepaid return label.

The ordinary-return condition requirements and personalized-item exclusion do not prevent you from reporting a fault or an incorrectly supplied item. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.

Personalized items and gift cards

Customer-personalized items cannot be returned because of a change of mind or sizing preference. This exclusion does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.

A standard design from our catalog is not treated as customer-personalized simply because it is printed after you order.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law.

Need a different size or design?

Request a return under the terms above, then place a new order for the item you want. You pay the return postage and any shipping shown at checkout for the new order. A replacement size or design is subject to availability. Please check the product's size chart before ordering.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an ordinary return and confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@scripturesinspired.com.

For an ordinary return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned item, including its applicable tax. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded. We do not deduct a new shipping charge because a partial return brings your original order below the free-shipping threshold, and we do not recalculate discounts on the items you keep.

Refunds for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items follow the remedy described above. If no return is required, the refund-processing period begins when we approve the claim.

Policy changes

Updates apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published. Orders placed earlier retain the return and exchange promises applicable when they were purchased.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
